However, we do offer the following additional guarantees.
Certificate of Compliance
A Certificate of Compliance certifies that the work that has been carried out is fit for the purpose and is in
compliance with all planning and building regulations. It should be issued whenever you have any work of a
structural nature carried out in your home. This is always included in the price of any work we carry out.
Structural Guarantee
In the unlikely event of a serious structural fault arising, you are protected with a structural guarantee. We offer
all clients a 10 year structural guarantee against structural defects for a ten year period, following the date of
building completion, where our Company has comprehensive all risks insurance and public liability insurance.
All window and door frames have a ten year guarantee.
Glass units & handles/locking systems have a 5 year guarantee.
If anything should need to be replaced and is in guarantee, our service department will ensure to rectify or replace, with no charge whatsoever to the client.
